Started at a very young age of 17, Gohar Chanekar has gone from being a freelance graphic designer to a face , indispensable to the most happening parties and clubs in and around the town. Coming from a technical background, he has been one of the brightest and smartest, completing education from FrameBoxx, a very renowned institution for Animation and Vfx and is now making waves with his creativity and passion for Visual Designing.
His work is not restricted to the market alone. Being young, he recognizes the spirit of youth and his ventures extend to the college life as well.
Soon, after receiving applause and acclamation, he worked towards a higher flight. He studied Graphic Designing for around 2 years and started exploring Motion Graphic and animation. And with is hard work and passion he is now the most recognizable face in the party circuit. His great skill, sense of music and rhythm he is currently Goa’s topmost Vj. He has worked with some of top djs like Firebeatz, Matessi & Sadko, Gregori Klosman, John OO Fleming, Tristan Garner, Bass Kleph, Marco V, Omnia, Wolf Pack, Teri Miko, Sartek, Lost Stories, Answer, Anish Sood, Nikhil Chinapa, Zaeden, Rohan Kapoor and Nawed Khan and also with Goa’s top djs like Ajit Pai, Joel, Ryan Nogar, dj Navin, Jay aka Brainwash, Rinton deSouza, Varun Fernandes and the likes. His work being very creative and imaginative, it brings a new freshness to the Visual world. His friendly nature and easy compatibility with artists gives him an edge. Also his adaptability and flexibility at work makes it easy for artists and colleagues to work with him. People who have worked with Gohar Chanekar only have words of appreciation and respect, as he is extremely professional about his work.
He has been an integral part of some of the biggest events in Goa like Vh1 Supersonic 2015, Art Bengaluru 2015/2016, Get Loud Festival, Promassive 2014, Friendz Freedom 2014, Freedom Forever 2014, Bullfrog Grind 2014, h2o project 2014. He will also be seen performing for Octobetfest Goa 2014. He also had the chance to perform at Goa’s topmost nightclubs like Titos, Cafe Mambos, Sinq, the Park and made the most of it. He has also performed at renowned hotels such as Goa Marriots and Grand Hyatt. Along with the House Music Dj's Gohar has also worked with the classical artists like Kutle Khan.
His main aim while working is to sync with the beats of the dj (artists) and going with the flow of the night. His work has always been acknowledged and appreciated. He promises to give you a great time!
