This project was conceived under the principle of "No Render": every single projected frame was processed and generated in real-time, offering a dynamic visual experience that was reactive to the live performance.
I created various digital "incarnations" of the architecture for each section of the concert, working directly within the mapping software. I imported the 3D model of the architectural element and then manipulated textures, friezes, and details live, mostly using generative visuals.
The main intent was to achieve a powerfully "material" scenographic rendering. I wanted the spectator to almost physically perceive the changing surfaces, as if the stone of the architecture were coming to life, transforming each time into something new and unexpected.
This real-time approach allowed for great flexibility and a deep interaction between the visuals and the energy of the concert.
