Modular Valve Islands
is a modular AV Crew.
Modular in a sense that we use modular software, giving us the greatest
possible freedom from given paramters. We are a modular crew, we are
open towards new collaboraters.
Modular Valve Islands dont use Videosamples, but make realtime 3d.
Both Computers are connected in a way that the output of the Computer
a becomes the input of Computer b .The Videoimage that Laptop a
produces will be mapped on 3D objects in Laptop b. Through the
immediate acces on the Datacurrent of the Videoimage an emotional,
proactive Imagecurrent is beeing created which triggers mental and
emotional states at the audience.
For some parameters of the 3D worlds and objects are beeing altered by
certain qualities of the sound, an unstable and fluid experience is beeing
generated, existing only in the Moment, of which there never will be a
repetition. Imagecurrents , not Videoloops, butl Live 3 D Images are of great
importancy,.
